Booking a yoga course
My yoga classes in North Devon tend to fill up quickly, so I give priority to those people who want to come each week. If a class if full, I can put on you on a waiting list until a space becomes available.
Come and try out a class on a drop-in basis before you decide whether to commit to a course. Please contact me to see if there is space available.
Home Yoga Studio
My home studio is a beautiful, warm space where I teach small groups of up to 6 students surrounded by nature and the sounds of bird song. It is situated near Newton Tracey and is easily accessible from Barnstaple, Gt Torrington and Bideford (10-15 minutes from each town). You will be able to enjoy a non-commercial yoga class in a friendly, intimate and peaceful setting with one-to-one attention and the opportunity to truly immerse in and deepen your individual yoga practice. There is also a complementary therapy room if you would like to book a holistic treatment following the class.
Can anyone practice yoga?
You may be coming to a yoga class now, because of a specific physical or mental health condition – please give me a call or email me before, so so I can make sure that I can help and support you appropriately in class.
What do I need to bring?
I provide yoga mats and blocks at my home studio classes. You will need to bring along your own mat at all other classes. Please bring along a blanket for relaxation, wear loose comfortable clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal for a couple of hours before.
