Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, yet powerful treatment that works on reflex or pressure points on the feet that mirror the entire body’s systems. Through gentle massage techniques, the practitioner can unblock stagnant energy, releasing tension and toxicity in the body. This treatment helps to balance and revitalize the body’s systems leading it into optimum natural health.

The recipient sits fully clothed whilst the practitioner works on the feet.

Reiki & Chakra Balancing

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing, channeling prana or life energy to the recipient. To connect to a source of healing energy raises the cellular vibration of the body, realigns chakra imbalances and reminds the mind, body and spirit to return to wholeness.

The recipient remains fully clothed (seated or lying down) whilst the practitioner channels healing energy through the palms of the hands. These are gently placed on or over the person’s major energy lines to encourage relaxation, peace and equilibrium.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system of India. It is a powerful massage tool, ironing-out knots and tension held in the upper back, shoulders, scalp and face through pressure points. This releases tension, enhancing the supply of oxygen to the brain, improving circulation, lymph flow and aiding concentration.

The recipient sits fully clothed in a chair whilst the practitioner works on the upper back, shoulders, head and face. Oils can be used.
